Our Home Care Services

We provide a complete range of non medical home care services that promote independence, comfort, and safety. Each service is carried out by trained caregivers who follow clear standards for professionalism and client dignity.

Companion Care and Housekeeping

Social engagement, conversation, emotional support, and help with daily household tasks such as laundry, light cleaning, pet care, errands, and appointments.

Memory Support

Guidance and steady presence for clients living with Alzheimer’s or other forms of dementia. Caregivers focus on structure, reassurance, safety, and calm routines.

Personal Care

Support with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, personal hygiene, mobility, transferring, meal preparation, and daily routines.

Medication Reminders

Clients receive reminders to take their prescribed medications and supplements as instructed by their healthcare team.

We do not administer medications and we do not create Medi-Sets, in accordance with Alabama non medical regulations.

Home Safety and Mobility Support

Fall prevention awareness, safe mobility assistance, and monitoring of changes in daily routine.

Errands and Transportation Support

Caregivers may ride with clients in the client’s vehicle or run errands as part of the care plan. No transportation fees are charged.

Each client receives a personalized care plan based on their needs and preferences

Where do you provide services?

We serve clients in Birmingham, Jefferson County, Shelby County, and surrounding communities in Alabama. If you are outside this area but nearby, contact us... we may be able to accommodate, depending on caregiver availability.

How do I request services or schedule a caregiver?

Reach out via phone or email to request a free in-home assessment. During that assessment we review your needs, home environment, and daily routines. Once we develop and agree on a care plan, we match you with a suitable caregiver and schedule services.

Can services be scheduled on short notice or for emergencies?

We strive to accommodate immediate or urgent requests whenever possible. However, scheduling depends on caregiver availability, home safety conditions, and care plan compatibility. Contact us directly to discuss your situation — we will do our best to help.

Do you provide live-in care?

Yes. For clients needing extended support or continuous assistance, we offer live-in care plans. These are personalized based on each individual’s needs, home environment, and family preferences.

How do I get started?

Call or email us to request a no-obligation in-home assessment. We will review your needs, discuss available services, and build a custom care plan. Once you approve, we assign a caregiver to begin support as soon as you are comfortable.

Do caregivers perform medical tasks or administer medications?

No. As a non-medical home care agency, our caregivers do not perform medical or nursing tasks. They may provide reminders for medications, but clients or family members must manage prescriptions. We do not administer medication, give injections, or perform clinical care.

Can family members be involved in the care plan?

Yes. We welcome family participation. Loved ones can join the assessment, help define goals, review daily updates, and request adjustments at any time. Care is always a collaborative process.

Is there a minimum number of hours required to use your services?

We offer flexible care plans. Many clients begin with hourly help, while others use daily or live-in options depending on need. We aim to tailor schedules to fit each client’s lifestyle...if short shifts or extended support

How are caregivers screened and trained?

All caregivers undergo a thorough background check and must meet eligibility standards. Before assignment, they complete orientation, safety training, and a skills competency evaluation. We also provide ongoing support, supervision, and regular performance reviews to ensure quality care.

Are there additional charges for transportation or
errands?

No. When caregivers accompany clients in the client’s vehicle or run errands, we do not charge extra for transportation. There are no mileage fees or hidden travel costs.

How do you ensure privacy and confidentiality?

We take privacy very seriously. All client information is kept confidential. Caregivers sign a confidentiality agreement and follow strict documentation protocols. Personal details, daily notes, and care plans are stored securely. Only authorized staff have access to client files

What happens if I need to change or cancel services?

Clients may request changes or cancel services at any time. We ask that cancellations be reported at least 24 hours in advance when possible. For schedule adjustments or caregiver changes, simply contact us and we will handle the update promptly and respectfully.

How much do services cost?

Costs depend on the care plan tailored to your needs.... including service type, hours, and frequency. During your assessment we provide a clear estimate and contract that outlines services, rates, and billing terms. There are no hidden fees.
